GO-E Charger

Set up your GO-E Charger with Smartmaster Pro easily using these recommended configuration steps.

To ensure a seamless connection between the GO-E Charger and Smartmaster Pro, follow these recommended configuration steps. This setup optimizes communication and guarantees reliable performance.

Configuration Tips

  1. Find the Serial Number:

    • Locate the Serial Number on the back of the reset card of your GO-E Charger.

  2. Activate OCPP 1.6:

    • Go to the Internet tab at the bottom of the app.
    • In the menu, select OCPP.
    • Activate the OCPP 1.6 field to enable communication.

  3. Change OCPP Server URL:

    • Update the server URL to:
      ws://{SMARTMASTER_IP_ADDR}:8834/ocpp

  4. Enable Local HTTP API V2:

    • Navigate to Advanced Settings.
    • Activate Local HTTP API V2 for enhanced local control.

  5. Allow Local Modbus TCP API:

    • In Advanced Settings, enable Allow Local Modbus TCP API to facilitate communication with other devices.

These settings optimize the connection between the GO-E Charger and Smartmaster Pro. Proper configuration ensures secure and efficient operation.
