Data Access and Deletion
Access your collected data or delete it securely in line with GDPR requirements.
Smartbirds gives you full control over your data, including access and deletion options.
How to Access or Delete Your Data
- Access Data: Request a log file by clicking on the Request GDPR button in Settings.
- Delete Data:
- For a dongle: Perform a Factory Reset.
- For the account: Click on Delete my user account.
All data is deleted in compliance with GDPR regulations.
