Compleo Solo Charger

Set up your Compleo Solo Charger with Smartmaster Pro easily using these configuration steps.

To ensure a seamless connection between the Compleo Solo Charger and Smartmaster Pro, follow these recommended configuration steps. This setup optimizes communication and guarantees reliable performance.

Configuration Tips

  1. Access the Web Interface:

    • Open your web browser and enter the IP address:
      192.168.1.100
    • Change your device’s IP address to:
      192.168.1.101

  2. Locate the Login Number:

    • The login number is located inside the terminal of the charging station.

  3. Set Ethernet DHCP:

    • In the Ducto web app, go to Network settings.
    • Select Ethernet DHCP for dynamic IP allocation.

  4. Set Backend URL:

    • In the Ducto web app, navigate to:
      Backend > Connection > Backend URL
    • Enter the URL:
      ws://{SMARTMASTER_IP_ADDR}:8834/ocpp

  5. Enter ChargeBox Identity:

    • In the Ducto web app, place the serial number under ChargeBoxIdentity.
    • The serial number is located on the right-hand side of the charging station.

These settings ensure optimal integration between the Compleo Solo Charger and Smartmaster Pro. Proper configuration of network settings and the backend URL enhances connectivity and functionality.
