Restarting or Rebooting Smartmaster Pro
Smartmaster Pro can be restarted remotely by Nexxtlab or your installer via Balena.
Smartmaster Pro can only be restarted or rebooted through Balena, which requires remote access.
How to Request a Restart
- Contact Nexxtlab or Installer:
- Only Nexxtlab or your installer can remotely reset the device using Balena.
- No Local Reset: It is not possible to reset the device locally.
Requesting a Reset
- Send a request to smartmaster@nexxtlab.com or contact your installer.
This ensures secure and controlled resetting of the device.
