# Offline EV Chargers and PV Systems on Smartmaster Pro

## Check internet and power supply if EV chargers or PV systems are offline.

If your **EV charger or PV system** appears offline in the Smartmaster Pro application, perform the following checks:

### Troubleshooting Steps

- **Check Internet Connection**: 
    - Ensure the **internet connection** between the device and the **router** is active.
- **Verify Power Supply**: 
    - Confirm that each device is **properly powered on**.
