No Data Available in Smartbirds App

If you see ‘No Data Available’ in the Smartbirds app, check and accept the terms and conditions.

If your Smartbirds app displays ‘No Data Available,’ you may need to accept the terms and conditions of use. Here’s how to resolve this issue:

Steps to Check and Accept Terms and Conditions

  • Open the Smartbirds App and go to Settings (bottom right icon).
  • Select My Smartbirds Dongles and choose your dongle.
  • Scroll down to find Terms and Conditions below Status: Active.
  • Click on Terms and Conditions and accept them.
