# Difficult Access to P1 Port

## Contact your co-ownership manager or DSO for help accessing the P1 port.

If you cannot access the **P1 port** due to the **location of the Smartmeter**, follow these steps:

### Solutions for Difficult Access

- If in a **condominium technical room**, contact your **co-ownership manager** for access.
- If behind a **plexiglass cover**, contact your **DSO** for assistance.

This ensures proper installation while complying with building and DSO regulations.
